Having started as a freelance consultant, Abude established CodinBit 10 years later in order to meet the growing demand for his services. It is his vision of delivering quality work based on open communication and shared goals that shaped CodinBit’s approach towards client work. While much of his time is devoted to overseeing teams’ performance, setting out targets and goals, and presenting at industry events, he still makes sure to personally contribute to each ongoing project.

Gabriel is our people person. He is a pro at getting to the bottom of clients’ needs, understanding their expectations, and introducing them to the capabilities of CodinBit’s team. He is the first point of contact for most of our new clients. As such, he introduces them to our team’s capabilities, runs them through the process, and makes sure that every client has a clear idea of what working with our team will entail.

We present Roman with a challenge. He scoffs at us. Then, 48 hours later, he develops functionalities that make our jaws drop - so elegant, so intuitive, yet so powerful. He manages a team of back-end developers and, oh boy, can they deliver. We are not exactly sure how he and his team come up with such brilliant solutions, but we figured it’s best not to ask.
